An internship at Pavillon Montfort means real experience with residents living with cognitive decline, guided by experienced caregivers. Volunteering is also a fine way to begin: a few hours a week are enough to change someone’s day.

We welcome adults losing their independence, in particular people living with cognitive decline or Alzheimer’s disease. Our clientele is diverse and treated fairly, without any discrimination.
Yes. We offer respite, convalescence, short-term and permanent stays. Our services adjust as independence changes, with no need to move.
Every resident receives a care plan based on their level of independence and their particular needs, together with the family and the medical team. On average, 4 h 30 of individual care goes to each resident, every day.
We follow several conditions: cardiology, diabetes, oncology, pulmonary insufficiency, colostomy and other particular needs. Medication is managed and administered by our staff.
Three care attendants are present at night. Add to that monitoring rounds, a linked fire alarm system and video monitoring of the whole residence.
Meals are prepared on site and adapted to each resident’s needs and preferences, following the recommendations of Canada’s Food Guide. Special textures and diets are taken care of.
